Caverject – Injection

Caverject is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. It contains the active ingredient Alprostadil, which works by widening the blood vessels in the penis, improving blood flow and enabling an erection.

✅ Indications:

• Treatment of erectile dysfunction due to psychological or physical causes.

• Sometimes used in diagnostic tests for penile blood circulation.

💡 How to Use:

• Injected directly into the base or side of the penis as prescribed by a doctor.

• Injection sites should be rotated to avoid irritation or swelling.

• Best used 5 to 20 minutes before sexual activity, depending on response.

⚠️ Precautions:

• Use only under medical supervision.

• Do not use more than once in 24 hours or more than 3 times per week.

• May cause mild pain or bruising at the injection site.

• Not suitable for patients with bleeding disorders or severe penile curvature.
