Questran – Sachets

Questran is a medication used to lower bad cholesterol (LDL) levels in the blood. It is also prescribed to treat itching caused by bile acid buildup due to liver or gallbladder conditions and diarrhea resulting from intestinal or gallbladder surgery.
It contains the active ingredient Cholestyramine, a bile acid-binding resin that helps remove bile acids from the body through the stool.

How to Use:

• Drink immediately after mixing, preferably after meals

• Do not take the powder dry

Warnings:

⚠️ May cause constipation or bloating, especially at the start of treatment
⚠️ Should be taken 1–4 hours apart from other medications
⚠️ Use with caution in cases of intestinal obstruction
⚠️ Keep out of reach of children
