HYRIMOZ 40 MG / 0.8 ML ( ADALIMUMAB )

Hyrimoz is a biosimilar biologic medication containing Adalimumab, a tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF‑α) inhibitor used to treat inflammatory autoimmune conditions.

 Indications:

• Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)

• Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA)

• Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS)

• Moderate to severe Chronic Plaque Psoriasis (Ps)

• Crohn’s Disease (CD) and Ulcerative Colitis (UC)

• Uveitis (non-infectious)

• Hidradenitis Suppurativa

• Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) in patients ≥ 2 years old

Dosage & Administration:

• Standard dose: 40 mg every other week for RA, PsA, AS

• Dosing may be intensified up to 80 mg every two weeks or 40 mg weekly based on response

• For Crohn’s or UC: initial 160 mg dose, followed by 80 mg at week 2, then 40 mg every other week

• Use only under physician supervision

Warnings & Precautions:

• Monitor for infections, including tuberculosis and upper respiratory infections

• Regular checks of liver and kidney function recommended

• Avoid live vaccines during therapy

• Contraindicated in active infection or in combination with certain immunosuppressants

• Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical evaluation

Common Side Effects:

• Injection site reactions

• Upper respiratory infections

• Headache, rash, nausea, sinusitis

• Rarely: heart failure exacerbation or neurological conditions

 Storage:

• Refrigerate at 2–8 °C

• Do not freeze

• Allow to warm to room temperature for 15–30 minutes before injecting

• Keep out of reach of children
